I used to eat them all the time, but then there was a big gap, and for some reasons unknown to me, I stopped. But last week I tried one again, and remembered how delicious these miniature oranges really are. With a strong, chewy, sweat skin, and a sour, soft inside, the kumkwat has contrast that no other food can achieve. Complete with three little seeds, (careful about those, when you are eating it whole) this is a fruit to behold!
