It’s pizza, but better!
Not long ago, I decided to try a food that I have tried only once before. This time, I was not sure whether it was worth the taste… but it definately was!
Lahmajo is an Armenian dish, and is a very large sort of pizza that often has minced meat on top, mixed with some delicious sauce that looks an orange colour. But the best bit is the dough. Just like lavash, which is a paper-thin Armenian bread, the bread atop which the dish is based is very thin and tastes only moderately like bread. Perhaps I only think so because I am prejudiced by my obsession with lavash, but I still think that everyone should love lahmajo, as it is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted.
Speaking of trying out new foods, after this incident I decided to eat some other things that I used to despise. Believe it or not, I used to hate caviar! But after I went to a special fish restaurant, and had some red caviar, I realised that all eggs, even fish eggs, are great. After that, I tried a radish, something I’ve tried millions of times before (and always hated). Well, guess what? I liked it (sort of).
I hope that when YOU try Lahmajo (or anything else that you’ve always hated), you will start to eat it every chance you get!

Я тоже думаю, что все надо пробовать, потом только оценить. Еще с годами меняется ощущение вкуса. А пост супер.
